Our bootcamp sessions include regressions and progressions for each exercise, allowing everyone to participate regardless of skill level, training history, or injuries. We tailor adjustments to each individual to ensure safety and effectiveness in achieving your fitness goals.
We have experience working with minors** all the way up to seniors, with the majority falling in the middle.
**Note: Staff maintain current garda vetting and safeguarding certificates with multiple sports NGOs as well as Scouting Ireland and Tusla. All are up-to-date within the current guidance on interacting with minors.
Bootcamps change every session. There will always be a warmup and cooldown, varied based on the sessions goals and activities, but in between, the exercises and equipment change based on the theme of the month and the theme of the week. Incorporated into all the sessions are elements of the latest exercise science to make what limited time there is effective.
Equipment used varies from bodyweight to kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, and more. No experience is needed.
Yes, you can train with us if you have a medical condition or injury, as long as your GP or physio has cleared you for strength training. Please complete the PARQ form before attending a session and inform us of any specific movements or loads to avoid. We always have a conversation first to ensure your safety and accommodate your needs.
