Check our Plans & Pricing page for bootcamp session costs. We offer pay-as-you-go options and discounted packages of 10 or 25 sessions. For example, the 10x Bootcamp package includes one free session, and the 25x Bootcamp package includes three free sessions.

Yes, we offer classes for beginners. Our bootcamp sessions include regressions and progressions for each exercise, allowing everyone to participate regardless of skill level, training history, or injuries. We tailor adjustments to each individual to ensure safety and effectiveness in achieving your fitness goals.

What age-groups do you cater to?

We have experience working with minors** all the way up to seniors, with the majority falling in the middle.

**Note: Staff maintain current garda vetting and safeguarding certificates with multiple sports NGOs as well as Scouting Ireland and Tusla. All are up-to-date within the current guidance on interacting with minors.

What do you do in the bootcamps?

Bootcamps change every session. There will always be a warmup and cooldown, varied based on the sessions goals and activities, but in between, the exercises and equipment change based on the theme of the month and the theme of the week. Incorporated into all the sessions are elements of the latest exercise science to make what limited time there is effective.

Equipment used varies from bodyweight to kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, and more. No experience is needed.

Can I train if I have a medical condition or injury?

Yes, you can train with us if your GP or physio has cleared you for strength training. Please complete the PARQ form before attending a session and let us know of any specific movements or loads to avoid. We'll discuss your needs to ensure your safety.

Is prior gym experience required to use the equipment?

No prior experience is needed. We'll coach you on proper form and technique to ensure safe and effective workouts.

What should I bring to a bootcamp session?

For bootcamp sessions, we recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and appropriate workout attire. All necessary equipment will be provided.
