Our group bootcamps run every day of the week! Here's the schedule: Monday to Friday: Early Morning (45 min) - 06:30, Mid-Morning (45 min) - 08:30 & 09:30, Afternoon (45 min) - 12:30 & 13:30. Monday to Thursday Evenings (45 min) - 19:00 & 20:00. Saturday & Sunday Mornings (60 min) - 07:30 & 08:30. Join us at a time that suits you best!
The first session is typically €15, however, if you were referred to by a friend or family member who already attends KBSC, you can ask them to give you a voucher for 100% off!

Yes, we offer classes for beginners. Our bootcamp sessions include regressions and progressions for each exercise, allowing everyone to participate regardless of skill level, training history, or injuries. We tailor adjustments to each individual to ensure safety and effectiveness in achieving your fitness goals.
We have experience working with minors** all the way up to seniors, with the majority falling in the middle.
**Note: Staff maintain current garda vetting and safeguarding certificates with multiple sports NGOs as well as Scouting Ireland and Tusla. All are up-to-date within the current guidance on interacting with minors.
Our bootcamps are dynamic and change with every session! Each session includes a warmup and cooldown tailored to the session's goals. In between, you'll experience a variety of exercises and equipment based on the monthly and weekly themes. We incorporate the latest exercise science to make every minute count. Equipment ranges from bodyweight to kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, and more. No prior experience is needed—just bring your energy!
