Service Description
Whether it's German-founded Hyrox or the Irish-branded Tryka, fitness racing combines cardio elements of running, skiing, and rowing with strength endurance based exercises: thrusters, weighted lunges, famer's carries, sled push and pull, and burpee broad jumps. Training is simple, but along with running between 6-10km completing 8 different stations, and the pressure to finish, it can be intensive if not prepared. Participants follow their own bespoke programme to ensure proper readiness in time for their race. Spaces are limited to ensure quality instruction and safety. Book early to reserve your spot. Best for those looking to participate in a fitness race.
