I have had the pleasure of working with Mike regularly for the past 2+ months. Whilst I had a certain level of fitness (regular walker) already, after 2 children the toned physique I had pre-children was well gone! I decided to check out Mike's bootcamp sessions, they appealed to me as they are early morning and I can get my workout done and out of the way before my busy day commences. That said, Mike has sessions running at various times in the day and will always find a session to suit your schedule if needed. Mike is just amazing, previously I have gone to classes where the coaches have focused on shouting and loud music, having the right 'Gym gear' etc. that isn't the case here. Mike is super knowledgeable and because the sessions are small, he is able to ensure your positioning is correct and that you're not going to injure yourself. The classes are varied each time too, so it really keeps you interested and progressing too. I have seen great results in a short while, I have surprised myself in what I can do. I am stronger than I think. I would encourage everyone to give it a go. Mike even offers a free trial session, so you have literally nothing to lose. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. Ciara
